Default KMG Racing supports Operation Rebound

2010 Mark Hahn 300 MILE PWC RACE - Charity Effort

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Mark Hahn 300 PWC Memorial Race is one of the World's greatest endurance team events! Racers from across the globe descend on the City of Lake Havasu Arizona and land at the Crazy Horse Campgrounds with thier pit crews, race boat and desire to match 300 miles of racing on a personal watercraft to podium at the prestigious event.

This is a grueling team effort. The excitement continues for up to 6 hours and is most heated in the pits. A pit crew consists of up to ten people on a team. These pit crew 'teams' are exceptionally if not more competitive than the racers themselves!

A race team is comprised of 2 racers (pilots) who share one race boat (Personal Watercraft). There are various categories to compete under and its a sanctioned APBA event.

Dawn and David Fekete are a couple who are passionate about PWC racing. David is a nationally ranked 'Challenged Athlete' who took top honors in 2009 at the LB2CAT offshore endurance race. Together they support their own race team and their felllow competitors, fans and clients at a variety of PWC races, from endurance, closed course and offshore racing through KMG Racing.

KMG Racing is going to be racing for a cause this year. The charity they're supporting is the Challenged Athlete Foundation/Operation Rebound. Operation Rebound helps troops and veterans of any branch of service, first responders or anyone permanently disabled in the line of duty.

Please support the KMG 'Mark HahnChallenge' for those who have gone the distance in service to our nation, or those recovering from serious injuries and disabilities. and who strive to maintain an active lifestyle through sports.

"This is a great cause and one that hits close to home for our KMG team on many levels. Our hope is to present a nice big check from the PWC community to the foundation at the awards banquet." states Dawn Fekete.
